February 26th - Love's Anatomy (Empathy)

We divided love and how it is demonstrated in relationships into 4 Parts-Safety, Security, Trust and Empathy.

Empathy-is the desire and ability to hear, understand, and consider someone. It gives voice to their emotions and makes their experiences matter. Empathy defuses selfishness, allows us to identify with people wherever they may be in life. It enables us to consistently put ourselves in other people’s shoes so our interactions with them are from a place of love.
