We are so glad you’ve joined us for a life-changing season of prayer and fasting.
Our journey begins Monday, January 8, 2024, with 21 days dedicated to seeking God and placing our hope in Him. During Connect 21, we aspire to gain clarity in hearing God's voice and making His wisdom our guiding light throughout the year. To achieve this, we commit to subduing the desires of our flesh through fasting, redirecting the time spent on meals to prayer, and glorifying God. This spiritual discipline empowers us to experience God's presence and to witness His transformative power in our lives.
This Connect 21 book has been precisely crafted to equip you with prayer techniques, topical prayers, and wisdom to navigate you through your journey. We firmly believe that the foundation of positive outcomes begins with prayer, and when combined with fasting we obtain the faith to achieve God’s results. Therefore, this book is written to help you set your mind on things above and grow in your connection with God by offering heartfelt guidance in prayer and fasting. Consider it a journey of growth and improvement in your conversations with God, not just a resource. Read the book with a loving heart, absorbing its wisdom, and use it to enrich your spiritual path.
Making Your Commitments
We ask everyone to begin Connect 21 by making a Promise of Commitment, such as praying daily, joining us for Saturday Prayer, or getting water baptized. The first page of this book provides the opportunity to make your commitment. Whether you attend services in person or online, you can make a commitment. As you delight in the Lord during this season of prayer and fasting, He will give you your heart’s desires.
Once you set your commitments and prayer targets, take a moment to write them down in the section provided at the back of the book. In doing so, you have an opportunity to reflect on the moments when God shows up and answers prayers.
Our 2024 Vision
You are invited to join us in prayer for the vision of Linked UP Church. We exist to connect people to God, family, purpose, and community. We see reaching people as one of our greatest responsibilities. Our weekend services are meant to reach all people at any point in their spiritual journey. Whether attending physically or through online platforms, the services offer an opportunity to win more people to Christ and to begin a vibrant personal relationship with God.
